    Your Role as a BCBA

    As a BCBA with SNN, you'll oversee evidence-based ABA interventions to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

    In-Person Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluate client progress.
    • Empower families with hands-on parent training, equipping them with ABA strategies.
    • Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.

    Remote Responsibilities:

    • Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
    • Analyze data from Behavior Technicians to measure intervention effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with mid-level supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
    • Maintain detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with organizational and insurance requirements.

    Requirements

    • Active BCBA certification (current and valid).
    • Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Prior clinical experience is preferred, but new BCBAs are welcome to apply and will receive comprehensive support from a BCBA Regional Director.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) + monthly performance-based bonuses.
