Job Description

• 4 Day Work Week Option
• Flexible daily schedule
• Light Call: Phone-based, 1:13
• 100% Outpatient focused
• Average 18-22 patients daily
• Dedicated Nurse
• Seasoned and experienced support staff

Clinical Space

• Large area with 17 exam rooms

Urgent Care Connection

• Walk-ins are treated and then transitioned to outpatient care, capturing and scheduling follow-ups - a great way to attract new patients without a PCP!

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Completion of an AOA or ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program
• Missouri Medical License
• DEA certificate
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Adherence to SSM Health values of Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, Service, and Initiative
• Basic computer literacy, experience, and proficiency with EHR, and timely completion of medical records
• Ability to exercise patient confidentiality, informed consent, and respect for patient needs
