Our Level III NICU in Bend provides compassionate, family-centered care for newborns and their families. We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team.

Job Description

• Make a difference from day one: Lead neonatal resuscitations at birth and care for both term and preterm infants.
• Collaborative team environment: Work side by side with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and a full multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise: From resuscitation and ventilator management to neonatal transport support, you'll use your advanced training every day.
• Continuous learning and leadership: Participate in simulations, quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring new NICU APPs and transport nurses.

Schedule

• 24/7 NNP coverage with both day and night shifts
• Flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts with structured handoffs at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
• No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high

Requirements

• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting
• Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.)
• Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments
