Job Description

• Collaborate with an experienced team of psychiatrists and behavioral health clinicians to provide compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care to adult outpatients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Provide medication management, therapeutic interventions, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize ancillary services and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Serve as a leader and ambassador of St. Charles Health System's mission, vision, and values.
• Engage in continuous learning and uphold the highest ethical standards in care delivery.

Schedule & Practice Details

• Full-Time: Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• No Call Required.
• Hybrid Work Model: Blend of remote and onsite work.
• Primary Locations: St. Charles Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic - Bend, Oregon (360 SW Bond St.), St. Charles Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic - Redmond, Oregon (916 SW 17th St.).

Requirements

• Completion of an approved PMHNP program with active certification.
• Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Current DEA license with the ability to prescribe in Oregon.
• BLS Certification required (ACLS if providing sedation).
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• Oregon MSN licensure.
• 2+ years of experience as a PMHNP.
• Epic EMR experience.
