Advanced Practice Provider

St. Luke's Internal Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a team of dedicated and compassionate primary care clinicians at Park Place. This provider will work alongside experienced physicians to support team-based care for a complex patient population. The group manages a broad scope of conditions, including heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies, cancer, anemia, asthma, emphysema, infections, anticoagulation needs, neurological and nutritional concerns, depression, skin conditions, diabetes, and thyroid disease.
