Job Description

• 4-day work week with 32 patient contact hours, Epic EMR + AI Scribe
• 1:6 call: shared and manageable, telephone only
• Partner with a team of 4 physicians, 8 APPs, a dedicated MA, 6 diabetes educators, and 4 behavioral health educators
• 60 min new patient & 30 min follow-up appointments
• Great culture with a collaborative team of physicians and APPs
• Largest endocrine practice in Idaho, well-established program, and protocols/experienced team for dynamic testing
