    Job Description

    • Seeking Physical Therapists to join our multidisciplinary early intervention home therapy team.
    • Provide early intervention Physical Therapy services to children ages 0 to 3 in the home setting throughout Southern California.
    • Offer continued clinical education, training, and mentorship.
    • Enjoy flexibility and a diverse caseload in a multidisciplinary team environment dedicated to optimal outcomes.
    • Design your caseload based on preferences (age of patients, diagnoses, location, and hours).
    • Opportunities for part-time with no production requirements or full-time benefited positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in the home environment.
    • Educate parents and create home programs related to treatment goals based on developmental milestones.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and families.
    • Complete biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools to track delays in milestones and set goals for achievement.
    • Support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion, and enhance caregiver-child relationships.
    • Utilize effective and professional communication skills.
    • Submit documentation and signatures on a weekly basis.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (MPT, DPT, or equivalent).
    • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure in California.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Current TB test.
    • Desire to work with patients in a home setting is required.
    • Pediatric experience is a plus.
    • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
