Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

StaffHealth is currently seeking several Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team! The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will report to the Nurse (RN) Manager/Supervisor and will work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will provide a level of care that exceeds industry standards. These Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) positions include flexible scheduling with part-time, full-time, and long-term contracts available.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime
• Provide data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to the plan of care
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Work closely with medical and clinical staff
• Provide direct patient care
• Perform treatments
• Administer medications and injections

Requirements

• LPN State Licensure
• Current Physical, MMR vaccine, Current PPD
• Valid BLS/CPR certification or equivalent
• Background checks, pre-employment, and drug screenings required
