Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds)

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. Job Description

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, not production
• Work with a team of highly respected physicians in the South Bend area
• Focus on preventive care, not reactive treatment
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Annual bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• BE/BC in family medicine
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
