Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds)

We have an exciting part-time (28 hours/week) opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) to join an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Chesterton & Merrillville, Indiana.

Job Description

• Low patient volume: See just patients per day
• Smaller patient panel: Less than half the size of traditional PCP panels
• Work-life balance: No call, predictable workweek, part-time flexibility
• Clinic locations: 2.5 days/week in Chesterton, 1 day/week in Merrillville
• More time for care: Reduced administrative load
• Focus on prevention: Deliver proactive, not reactive care

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000 - $192,500 base salary (for 28 hrs/week; negotiable based on experience)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Annual performance bonus

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 6 and up
• Procedure experience is a big plus!
