Progressive and innovative private group with 200 providers representing 30 medical specialists in Southern Kentucky. Robust referrals from primary care and specialists. Job Description

• Partnership eligible (buy-in after 1st year)
• Base salary (guaranteed for 2 years)
• Full benefits, including 401k and profit sharing
