Watson Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to join our growing physician-owned, multi-specialty practice. We are a large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 19 locations, offering over 40 specialties with a robust internal referral network and a well-established patient base. Our service includes a 910-bed hospital just one block away. The EPIC EMR allows for continuity of care throughout the clinic. Physicians are eligible for partnership after 2 years, with a guaranteed salary plus bonus for the first year. We offer a rewarding compensation structure with no practice start-up costs. Advanced diagnostic support includes in-house labs and radiology, along with a built-in referral network. Our robust administrative support takes care of staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, clinical informatics (EMR), value-based services, quality, and recruitment. Additionally, there is no state income tax in Florida!

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
