Join a well-established Urology practice with an 8 provider team. This position includes office procedures such as cystoscopies for both males and females, vasectomies under local anesthesia, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removals, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, and Bulkamid and Botox injections. A 24-hour in-house hospitalist service is available for ED admissions. The role offers 1-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including 4 DaVinci robots. Flexible office hours are provided, with no more than a 1:3 call schedule, which is very light and primarily consists of phone consultations. This position is part of a non-profit integrated regional health system in Northwest Ohio, affiliated with a top research institute. The community is centrally located, just 45 minutes from Toledo, and offers a higher quality of life, affordable housing, and a lower cost of living with various outdoor recreational activities.
