Job Description

• Oversee residents' health concerns and manage the Nursing Services Department according to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure quality care under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines
