**Job Description**

- Average time to credential: 30-90 days
- Types of cases include Ortho, Eyes, Urology, Hand, ENT, with no pediatric cases
- Majority case type is Ortho, Eyes, Urology
- Care team model consists of 3-4 CRNAs and 1 MD
- Number of operating rooms: 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
- Shift days are weekdays, Monday through Friday
- Shift times are from 7 AM to 3 PM
- Minimum number of shifts per month: 1-5
- Call is not required
- Weekend work is not required
