ENT/Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider

Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified ENT/Otolaryngology APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. This is a full-time position focused on in-clinic care. We're looking for a passionate Advanced Practice Provider to work in a team-centered, collaborative environment. This office sees a high volume of referral patients from our network of Primary Family Practice clinics across northcentral Indiana. Patients range from all ages presenting multiple needs for care.

Requirements

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Strong knowledge of ENT anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Focus on community with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
