Job Description

• 1:4 call schedule
• Must be board-certified
• Compensation: $400,000 in Year 1, $415,000 in Year 2, and $430,000 in Year 3
• Quality bonus of $10,000
• Production incentive in Year 1 with an income guarantee; Years 2-5: 7,200 wRVUs annually or 1,800 quarterly. Anything over 7,200/1,800 paid out at $50.01 per wRVU
• Signing bonus of $35,000
• Moving expense reimbursement up to $10,000
• Student loan subsidy/loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year for 5 years, totaling $100,000
• PTO: 5 weeks
• CME: 5 days (in addition to PTO; does not roll over)
• CME dollars: $4,500 (does not roll over)
• Dues/subscription allowance: $1,500 (does not roll over)
• Prefer a 5-year commitment
• Approximately 480 deliveries per year; volume differs for each provider. Full days seeing 25-35 patients per day. All providers are producing from above the 70th percentile up to the 85th percentile
• Robust OB group practice of 4 physicians and 1 APP, with one senior physician looking to reduce hours
