Geriatrician

Summa Health is seeking Geriatricians to join our growing team. Current opportunities include inpatient consults, outpatient geriatric assessment clinic, and/or post-acute, long-term care setting. Full-time and part-time positions available. The chosen candidate will support the evolution of Summa's Complex Care Institute, whose vision is to be a center of excellence bringing more help to those patients who need more help. To provide our most vulnerable and complex patients with comprehensive, interdisciplinary care and support in a cost-effective, efficient, and well-coordinated plan. At this time we are able to offer visa sponsorship.

Summa Health Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ physicians employed by the Summa Health System. Comprised of 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa is one of the largest integrated healthcare delivery systems in the state.

Job Description

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
• Unrestricted Ohio License or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment
