Dermatology Locum Physician

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Dermatology physician to work call coverage in Portland, Oregon. Starting as soon as credentialed (set for mid-July), the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Job Description

• Schedule: Flexibility with 1.5 hours of admin time per day (4x a week), totaling 6 admin hours.
• Coverage: Patient volume of 24 to 30, outpatient.
• Skills required: Biopsy, excision, electrodesiccation with curettage, cryosurgery.
• Preferred experience: Phototherapy.
• EMR: EPIC.

Requirements

• Active Oregon License, unrestricted. Oregon License in progress will be considered.
• Board Certified in Dermatology.
• Active BLS (AHA) certification - preferred.
• Orientation includes shadowing one MD and EPIC training (as needed).
• Ramp up to 4 patients per day over a few weeks.
• Hospital privileges: None needed (July start date is possible).
