Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work locum shifts in Denver, Colorado (CO). Starting on August 26th, the role offers ongoing flexible work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Job Description

• 158 beds
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 30 ICU beds
• 21 ORs, 3 OB Suites, 5 GI
• 12 MD, 18.5 CRNA FTE Model
• EMR - EPIC
• CRNAs will require CPAs

CRNA Schedule Details

• Main OR (GS): Weekdays - 8, 10.5 day shifts
• No call required
• CRNA will be under medical supervision: 100% in Main OR
• Additional shift details forthcoming (shift times, etc.)

Types of Cases

• Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, General Surgery, GI, GYN, Urology, Major Vascular, ENT, Pulmonology, Plastics, Podiatry, Oncology
• Given full scope of practice
• CRNAs medically supervised; no direction
• Teaching responsibilities possible for Internal Medicine Residents

Requirements

• CO license, active and unencumbered
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• Proficiency in epidurals
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
