Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work locum shifts in Hershey, Pennsylvania (PA). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Job Description

• FT schedule: 8 hr or 10 hr shifts (7am or 7:30am start time)
• Care model: Medical Direction
• Provide anesthesia care across various specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, NORA, robotics, gynecology, and ENT (excluding cardiac, OB, and nerve blocks). Responsibilities include:
  • Preoperative assessment (history, physical, informed consent)
  • Anesthetic planning and implementation
  • General, regional, spinal, epidural, and IV regional anesthesia
  • Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
  • Invasive monitoring (CVP/CVC, PA catheter, arterial lines)
  • Airway management
  • Pre- and post-anesthesia evaluations

Requirements

• PA license, active and unrestricted
• BC/BE in CRNA
• ACLS + BLS
