Job Description

• Day shifts needed on July 10th, August 12th, 13th, 14th, and 21st from 7 am to 4 pm
• Need will be ongoing after these dates
• Act10 acceptable, referring to a specific level of responsibility, experience, or specialization within a CRNA's role
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• WI state license; active, unrestricted
• Active Board certified - NBCRNA
• Certifications - BLS
• Must have 1 year of CRNA experience
