Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) that specializes in Cardio Thoracic Surgery to work locum shifts in Toledo, Ohio. Starting January 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Job Description

• Need: 10 days/month including weekends
• Call Shift: Needed 1:3
• Duration: January - April (Ongoing)
• Schedule: M-F (8a-4p)
• Responsibilities: Suture removal, diagnose illnesses, treat illnesses, order tests, interpret tests, write prescriptions, coordination of care, rounding, pre-op physical exams

Requirements

• Ohio State License; active, unrestricted
• BLS and ACLS
