**Job Description**

- Employee Health Clinic/Manage chronic conditions, urgent/episodic care cases.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- 40 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day.
- Shifts needed: Dec 6, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 27, 29, 31; Jan 3, 5.

**Requirements**

- Must have at least one to two years of NP experience.
- MO license and DEA required.
- Local candidates only; housing not available.
