Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) - Primary Care, Outpatient

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) for a full-time permanent position in Wilmington, California.

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary primary care team within a high-volume outpatient setting. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Job Description

• Location: Wilmington, CA
• Setting: Outpatient / GYN/Primary Care
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Salary Range: $80-$85 per hour

Team Environment

Multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dentistry, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Behavioral Health Providers.

Position Summary

This role provides comprehensive women's health and primary care within an outpatient clinic setting. Providers typically see 20-24 patients per day. The organization offers extensive support services, structured workflows, and a mission-centered culture serving low-income and uninsured residents.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• 1+ year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner (rotations do not qualify)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
