We're currently hiring in Bastrop, Texas to support a district in need of a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist.

Job Description

• $48 - $51 an hour
• Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for the school year
• $3,000 assignment bonus for new SHC employees
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time options
• Start Date: April 2025
• End Date: May 2025 with the option to extend for the school year
• Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in-person at the school district
• Monolingual and bilingual SLP openings. All testing and therapy is current and up to date.
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans.
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student.
• May be asked to supervise assistants.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• School experience is preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification
