Job Description

• Guaranteed base salary for the first year, with production pay in subsequent years

Facility Overview

• 24 exam rooms
• 17,500 sq ft facility
• 40 office/support personnel
• Entire system is on Electronic Medical Records
• On-site echocardiograms, carotid tests, full-service lab, digital x-ray, dexa scans, and stress tests
• Practice hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no patients during lunch
• Thriving fifteen-year-old private practice with 22-25 patients per day
• No patients under the age of 13
• Experienced staff
