Pathologist

We have an immediate need for a locum Pathologist for our veteran population at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in veterans' lives while experiencing the beauty of the shores of Lake Michigan!

Job Description

• Pathologist must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively apply all aspects of Anatomic Pathology Care for Veterans
• Must have a minimum of five years of experience, which has ended within the past three years
• Will have supervision responsibilities for trainees
• Must have completed a residency and be Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology from the American Society for Clinical Pathology
• Credentialing and onboarding takes approximately 4-6 weeks

Requirements

• Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school; written explanations are accepted
• One active, unrestricted Medical License in any state
• Current DEA
• BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) required and ACLS
• Three current references

Hours & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., no weekends, holidays, or overtime
