OBGYN Physician

Join our client's healthcare team in Newark, NJ, as an OBGYN Physician. This role involves providing comprehensive women's health services according to ACOG guidelines and company policies. The position requires flexibility with travel across multiple locations.

Job Description

• Provide primary care and women's health services.
• Prepare and review case histories, obtaining data through patient interviews.
• Participate in the provider on-call schedule.
• Perform office-based procedures and educate patients on their importance.
• Maintain accurate and legible medical records in compliance with company policies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
• Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
• Collect in-patient invoices and submit them to the CMO's office timely.
• Participate in department and clinical services meetings, health initiatives, and collaboratives.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathy with a valid NJ license to practice medicine (NJ CDS, federal DEA, and NPI).
• Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Considerable knowledge of state and federal public health laws related to medicine.

Compensation

• $180,000 - $250,000/year

Location

• Newark, NJ (Must travel to multiple locations)

Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
