This role involves providing health services to individuals from birth through adolescence under the guidelines established by the American Board of Pediatrics. The position requires flexibility with travel across multiple locations.

Job Description

• Provide primary and preventative health services to individuals under 18.
• Prepare and review case histories, obtaining data through patient interviews.
• Participate in the provider on-call schedule.
• Perform office-based procedures and educate patients on their importance.
• Maintain accurate and legible medical records in compliance with company policies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
• Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
• Collect in-patient invoices and submit them to the CMO's office timely.
• Work with the State of New Jersey, Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Youth and Family Services to ensure child well-being.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathy with a valid NJ license to practice medicine (NJ CDS, federal DEA, and NPI).
• Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatric Medicine.
• Considerable knowledge of state and federal public health laws related to medicine.
• Bilingual capability in any language preferred!

Compensation

• $170,000 - $190,000/year

Location

• Newark, NJ (Must travel to multiple locations)

Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
