Job Description

• Serve as a resource person and problem solver for the nursing staff
• Interpret policies and procedures for nursing and administration
• Provide information and support for family members and patients
• Resolve complaints
• Handle calls and paperwork for patient transfers
• Follow all policies, procedures, and requirements of TMH
• Actively support a commitment to the mission and vision of TMH, consistently displaying behaviors in harmony with the I CARE values.

Requirements

• Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Required Experience: Two (2) years of RN experience
• Preferred Experience: Five (5) years as RN; Two (2) years as supervisor
• Required Certification/License/Registry: Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) includes multistate compact licensure
