Physician Assistant

TOC is a well-renowned orthopedic practice and has been in business for over 50 years with subspecialties in trauma, foot and ankle, spine, hand, adult reconstruction, pediatrics, pain management, and sports medicine. The practice is located strategically throughout North Florida and South Georgia with eight regional offices and two Tallahassee campuses. Ancillary endeavors include on-site X-ray, MRI, Physical Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, and Orthotics and Prosthetics. TOC fields team physicians for Florida State University (FSU), Florida A&M University (FAMU), and Tallahassee Community College (TCC), as well as numerous area high schools.

Job Description

• Opportunity in our urgent care clinic (TOCNOW) located in Tallahassee, Florida with travel to our Regional office in Marianna, Florida.
• Schedule consists of a four-day work week: TOCNOW one to two days per week; Regional office two to three days per week.
• Opportunity in our Regional office, located in Perry, Florida.

A minimum of two years surgical experience is required. Relevant work experience in Orthopedics is preferred. Position requires completion of Physician Assistant program, in addition to Florida and Georgia licensure (or eligible).

In addition, we have an opportunity in our office located in Tallahassee, Florida working under the direct supervision of an orthopedic surgeon specializing in Trauma. Position requires completion of Physician Assistant Program, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible). New graduates will be considered for this position.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years surgical experience required.
• Relevant work experience in Orthopedics preferred.
• Completion of Physician Assistant program.
• Florida and Georgia licensure (or eligible).
