Physician (Per Diem, Part Time)

Job Description

• Provide primary care services to all patient populations in a Joint Commission certified clinic integrated with behavioral health services operating as a patient-centered medical home.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications as needed by the patient population.
• Order lab and diagnostic work.
• Coordinate with the Primary Care Director and the Pharmacists in the ordering.
• Provide oversight to the Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse Practitioners and consult with medical specialists.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine.
• Physicians interested in Substance Use Disorder services, including the use of medication support such as buprenorphine and Vivitrol, are a plus.
