Academic Health System is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join the Division of Gastroenterology in the Department of Pediatrics.

Job Description

• Full-time, Academic Pediatric Gastroenterologist
• Assistant or Associate Professor rank
• BC/BE in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Must qualify for a Louisiana license

Facility Highlights

• Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (40-bed unit)
• 23 pediatric beds and 8-bed pediatric intensive care unit
• Affiliation with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
• Children’s Clinical Research Center with a 3-bed clinical trial unit and laboratory supporting 10-12 NIH and Pharma-sponsored trials annually
• Home to Schools of Medicine, Graduate Studies, and Allied Health Professions with over 800 enrolled students and nearly 600 residents/fellows trained annually
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team with physician leadership involvement
• Use of EPIC medical record system
