Job Description

• Provide 1:1 patient care
• Work with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
• Document electronically
• Conduct patient assessments
• Develop meaningful long-term relationships

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
• Maintain a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
