Job Description

• Flexible part-time, 1-3 days a week
• Post-acute care inpatient setting
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday
• Day call only on days covering
• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT
• Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physicians

Requirements

• New or experienced clinicians
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP/PA license
• Active DEA

Compensation

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $26,139 to $31,367 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This role is not eligible for benefits.
