Lead Advanced Practice Clinician

Join the highly skilled hospital medicine team at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, South Carolina, as our lead advanced practice clinician. The lead nurse practitioner or physician assistant will work with the facility medical director and regional medical director/vice president of operations to ensure that our advanced practice clinicians are utilized within the standards set by the state and medical staff guidelines and regulations. Our facility lead advanced practice clinician will work a 7-on/7-off block schedule with a Tuesday through Monday rotation. Shift times are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday-Friday shifts and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Job Description

• Preferred minimum of three years experience as an advanced practice clinician in an inpatient setting
• Prefer previous leadership/management experience
• Must be in the top quartile for metrics and documentation; must meet these goals within 90 days; be an example for other advanced practice clinicians in accomplishing metrics
