Job Description

• Location: Los Alamos, New Mexico
• Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule (preferred)
• Part-time options between 1-3 days/week are available
• Post-acute care inpatient setting
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
• Partner with TeamHealth physician

Requirements

• New or experienced clinicians in any of the following: post-acute care, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP/PA license
• Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation

Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $94,000 to $164,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
