Job Description

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift options: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Requirements

• Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
• Active Illinois License Required
• Illinois Controlled Substance License Required
• A minimum of two professional references is required upon presentation
• References should be from professional colleagues or medical directors from recent workplaces
• These references must attest to the candidate's current skill set, experience, and professional behavior
• Board Certified
