Family Practice - Without OB Physician

General Medicine Provider

Please note this opportunity does require that you have your own office to see veterans/patients. Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension Exams and Separation Health Assessments.

Job Description

• Provider must have their own office within a 50-mile radius.
• Coeburn, Virginia - 2 days per week needed.
• One-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
• No prescribing, no treatment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple).
• Active and unrestricted full license in Virginia.
• Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
