Requirements
- Unencumbered, active APRN / CRNA license in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
- NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
- Critical care experience: Usually 1-3+ years in ICU, step-down, or other high-acuity environments
- Clinical skills: Proficiency in advanced airway management, central lines, arterial lines, ventilators, etc.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts (some hospitals may require call, nights, weekends)
- Professionalism and communication: Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
