Join a growing Gastroenterology team of 4 physicians and 3 APPs in this opportunity in the Boston area. This is a general GI role (no advanced procedures) with a 4-day work week and a 1:5 call schedule (minimal after-hours). You can expect 1-2 clinic days and 2-3 endoscopy days each week.

Job Description

• Full-time, hospital employed position
• Bread and butter GI (no advanced procedures)
• 4-day work week (1-2 days in clinic and 2-3 endoscopy days)
• 1:5 call schedule - hospital is covered by APC for first call
• Call is on clinic day with minimal after-hour call
• Opening available due to growth - currently 4 physicians and 3 APPs in the group
• Competitive base salary plus wRVU incentives with total earning potential of $600k-$800k
• Sign-on/relocation bonus available
