Replace a retiring physician and join this excellent team of two physicians and two mid-levels. Strong work/life balance, with an average of 15-20 patients per shift, and call once every four weeks. Job Description

• Base salary range $308K-$333K
• 4-day work week option
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
