An established multi-specialty group in Southern Georgia is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to step into a fully developed general/adult outpatient practice. This position is replacing a retiring provider and offers immediate patient volume, optional 4-day workweeks, and no call requirements. Additional income is available for supervising advanced practice providers, and a remote/telepsych hybrid model is open for discussion.

Job Description

• $250K base salary, with RVU bonus structure and negotiable compensation based on experience
• Up to $100K extra for supervising NPs ($1,500/month per provider)
• $20K relocation bonus or full expense-paid move
• 160 hours of PTO
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible site
• 4-day work weeks are optional, hybrid/telehealth is open for discussion
