With 11 offices ranging from San Francisco up to Sacramento and even one office in Redding, there will be a location of interest for you if you are considering the SF to Sacramento area. The practice offers a salary or production-based pay model (your choice) without buy-in requirements. Their staff is diverse and focused on patient-centered care.

Job Description

• Salary up to $275,000
• Sign-on bonus and relocation provided
• After the first year, providers can choose to stay W2 or move to a 1099 productivity model with a 60/40 split
• Options exist for either W2 or 1099 employment
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends
• Compensation ranges from 50-90% MGMA for total earnings
• Payor mix is mostly Medicare and Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage provided
• Additional pay for supervising APPs
• Epic EMR
