Orthopedic Physician

Join our team as an Orthopedic Physician, starting ASAP pending credentialing. This position involves working in an inpatient setting with an average patient volume of 10 per day.

Job Description

• 24-hour call - can take from hotel
• 30-minute response time
• General orthopedic call; no trauma designation
• Case mix usually includes fractures, ED consults, and inpatient consults
• Credentialing timeframe is around 60 days
• Procedures include arthroscopy, total joint replacement, joint revision or repair, percutaneous disc surgery, hand, and hip

Requirements

• Board-certified or truly board-eligible
• Active North Carolina license

• EMR: EPIC
