We're seeking a Full-Time QMAP to help support our residents with dignity, respect, and purpose.

Job Description

• Pass medications to residents safely and accurately
• Provide hands-on care with daily living activities
• Assist with mealtime support and maintain clean living areas
• Encourage independence and build positive relationships

Requirements

• Current QMAP certification in the State of Colorado
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• A heart for service and a compassionate approach
