Non-Invasive Cardiologist

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest.

Job Description

• Join a collegial physician community with an excellent payor mix.
• Work alongside 6 cardiologists (3 interventional, 2 non-invasive, 1 EP) and 7 clinical APPs.
• Collaborate with 2 cardiothoracic surgeons (growing to 3) and 3 APPs, as well as 4 vascular surgeons and 2 APPs.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:7.
• Utilize nuclear cardiology and echo lab accreditations.
• Enjoy office space within walking distance of large tertiary care centers.
• Provide a variety of services/tests including:
  • Echocardiograms
  • Cardiac calcium scoring
  • Nuclear cardiology
  • Stress echocardiograms
  • Electrocardiograms
  • Transesophageal echocardiograms
  • Pacemaker checks
  • ICD checks
  • Diagnostic cardiac catheterization
  • Holter monitors
  • Event monitors
  • Stent procedures
  • PTCATAVR
  • Tilt table testing
  • Internal cardioverter defibrillator
