    Director of Lung Transplant

    The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an academic Director of Lung Transplant physician to join the Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.

    Job Description

    • Lead with a commitment to excellence in the clinical, research, and educational missions.
    • Articulate a clear vision for a forward-thinking strategy aimed at enhancing growth in clinical operations and research/scholarship.
    • Demonstrate the ability to lead a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within a high-volume lung transplant program with continuing growth.

    Requirements

    • Associate or Professor Level will be considered.
    • Board Certified/Eligible in Adult Pulmonary Disease.
    • Board Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
    • Fellowship trained in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
    • Advanced training or experience in Lung Transplantation.
    • An active research program in basic, translational, clinical, or health services research is desirable.
    • Qualify for academic appointment at The Ohio State University. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience.
