The Oncology Institute (TOI), a leading value-based community oncology practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist Hematology Oncology team in Northridge, CA. TOI is one of the largest community-based oncology groups in the country, delivering compassionate, comprehensive cancer care in a supportive environment.

    Job Description

    • Inpatient-focused role providing care to hematology/oncology patients
    • Collaborate closely with oncologists and the multidisciplinary hospital team
    • Manage admissions, daily rounding, and coordination of oncology care plans
    • Monday to Friday schedule with rotating call

    Requirements

    • Current NP license in California
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient or oncology settings preferred
    • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
    • Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
